I was in a lot of pain and very depressed after bad surgeries of my right knee. I came to BBW with a frozen knee and I couldn’t even bend more than 50 degrees. Melvin, my PT, saving me from this bad situation. He is very professional, knowledgeable, patient and caring. I remember every moments that he is helping me not only about my knee, he is also helping me look for doctors, deal with insurance and cheer me up. Every sessions I stayed more than 2 hours sometimes 3 hours, I truly feel that I am welcomed, cared, not rushed. I always looked forward my visits cuz I could see the improvement every single time.
Since I have been here for more than seven months, almost 80 sessions here, I almost worked with every one here: Matt, Natalia, Natalie, Shang, and all the other stuffs. Every one is amazing and very warm hearted. I can’t express how grateful and lucky that I found this place. And I will highly recommend everyone to come here for physical therapy. They never give up on you.
