I’ve always been drawn to physical therapy because of my strong passion for helping others and making a direct, positive impact on someone’s health and quality of life. I’ve also come to learn and practice in pelvic floor physical therapy because of my love and support for women’s healthcare. I had a transformative experience with physical therapy myself when I broke my ankle in 2015. I saw firsthand how life-changing the whole experience was. Through consistent rehab, I regained mobility, reduced my pain, became stronger, and eventually returned to sports, which then inspired me to help others experience the same transformation. I also admire the strong relationships we’re able to develop with patients, and making them feel supported and empowered throughout their recovery process. During my free time, I love staying active whether that be strength training or running, and also spending quality time with my friends and family.
