SMS Data Sharing
Users agree and acknowledge that by providing a phone number while requesting an appointment online or by phone, BBWPT may send text messages to the mobile phone number in reference to any items that may assist BBWPT with communications such as appointment reminders, insurance matters, billing/collections, and any information pertaining to clinical care.
Mobile information will not be shared, sold, or conveyed to third parties for marketing/promotional purposes.
Text Messaging
Text Message Opt-Out: If you are receiving text messages from us and wish to stop receiving them, simply respond “STOP” to the number from which you received the message. Once we receive your message, you will no longer receive future text messages from BBWPT.

Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer any of your Personally Identifiable Information to outside parties without your consent, except for trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it.
